What can you expect?

Hi, I’m Claudia 👋

I am an AI Product Leader and I spend a lot of time thinking about AI, and even more time watching how people actually use it at work.

By day, I lead an AI team at Disney(disclaimer: views here are my own!), and I work with product teams and leaders to empower users to use and build with AI. By night (and many weekends), I research, write, and test ideas about what makes AI stick beyond the kickoff deck. I also teach AI in Oxford.

I’m less interested in big announcements and more curious about the week after:

• Are people using the tools?

• Do they trust the output?

• Do they know when not to use AI?

• Are leaders asking better questions, or just faster ones?

Most of what I write about comes back to AI adoption. Not the slide version, the real one. The kind that deals with habits, confidence, culture, and messy workflows. I spend a lot of time on enterprise AI topics like strategy, integration, enablement, governance, literacy, and responsible use. Lately, I’ve been especially focused on AI agents, what they’re good at, where they fall short, and why humans still matter a lot.

I also bring a strong product lens to everything. Years in product and innovation (including my time at Disney) trained me to think about users, trade-offs, and long-term impact, not just what sounds impressive this quarter.

Outside of work, I love travel, writing, and books. Travel keeps me curious about how people think and work across cultures. Books remind me that most “new” ideas have been around longer than we think. Storytelling is how I mix them all, and they all show up in how I write about tech.
